I’m a little from column B and a lot from column A. All the young buff guys make me shake in my gym shoes. Part is because I no longer have the body I did at 18 and part because I have no idea how to use the equipment.
Thankfully youtube has a plethora of workouts that can be done at home with no equipment.

Yoga by Candace is my go to yoga instructor. She pushes you in a positive way, and is just plain pleasant to listen to! She has a huge library of videos for free on youtube that require no equipment.

FitnessType Is Marischa, and awesome energetic woman who will make you give it your all. I love how she gives you a great strength workout using nothing but your body.

POPSUGAR Fitness is an amazing resource. They have workouts for every level and for all sorts of times free. These are well made professional videos that make you feel like you are in a gym class at home.
Jessica Smith TV is fun and adorable if you like animals. Somehow this is the most relatable because almost every work out has her cute little pug in it.
